SHIPPING POLICY
LEGALITY & SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
All orders are inspected by hand, packed with care and fulfilled same or next business day. We are not responsible for damage that may occur in the mail. We ship USPS Priority Mail with Signature Required, which includes up to $100 coverage, to help prevent stolen packages. If customer waives the Signature option, it is at the customer's sole risk. With Signature Required packages, several delivery attempts will be made by your local carrier before it will be held at your local post office for signature pickup. It is your responsibility to follow the tracking number provided for current USPS pickup instructions. We are not responsible for any mail delays.
We only sell to adults ages 21 and over. Since it is hemp-based, it is legal to ship our products to most states. The legality of Delta-8 and the other cannabinoids is shifting on a regular basis. Although only a handful of states have legislation specifically targeting Delta-8 as an illegal substance, we HIGHLY SUGGEST doing your own research on your state's stance on them.
Wild Gypsy Hemp LLC retains the right to not ship to any states or territories where local laws conflict with H.R. 2: The Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018, also known as the 2018 Farm Bill. Due to certain hemp-based products either being illegal or not explicitly legal according to state laws, our D8 THC-based products do not ship to the following states:
Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, & Washington.
Due to certain hemp-based products either being illegal or not explicitly legal according to state laws, our D9 THC-based products do not ship to the following states:
California, Idaho, North Dakota & Mississippi

We do not ship outside the continental United States.
ORDER PROCESSING & ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES
Paid orders ship same or next business day and are packed with love. We ship orders Monday – Friday (excluding holidays). Our FREE US shipping (orders >$100) option is shipped Priority Mail (1-4 mailing days) and include Signature Required. You must indicate if you do not wish to have the Signature Required add-on. We can indicate a note on your file permanently or you may indicate per order via the order notes if you do not want it on that selected order. If you wish to receive your package faster, you may upgrade your shipping option to Priority Mail Express (1 - 2 business days) at checkout. All shipping times are estimates from USPS and are out of our control. Please contact USPS with your tracking number to follow up on estimated delivery times, we do not have any more information than you do so it’s best to contact them first.
HOW DO I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
You will receive two shipping confirmation emails -- one through our third party shipping service, Pirate Ship, and one from us . You can also track your order through your order history in your account! Check your ‘Order History’ in your account for order status and tracking information. If you are still having issues, please email hello@wildgypsydispensary.com for an update – make your subject line MISSING TRACKING NUMBER and include your ORDER NUMBER and FULL NAME in the body of the message. We will reply as soon as possible!
MY TRACKING NUMBER SAYS DELIVERED BUT I CAN’T FIND MY PACKAGE
First check with any roommates, neighbors, building managers, leasing office, mail room, and any other people in the vicinity to see if they may have picked up the package. If the shipping address that you provided is accurate and you are not able to hunt down the package, you should first try talking to your local post office to see if they might have it. Sometimes packages accidentally get marked as “Delivered” up to 36 hours before the actual delivery even though they are waiting at the post office. If unsuccessful, please contact customer support at USPS for detailed instructions on how to file a claim and to follow next steps. You can Complete a Help Request Form to find your missing mail.
If after 7 business days from when you submitted your online help request form your mail or package hasn't arrived, submit a Missing Mail Search Request with the following information:
Sender mailing address
Recipient mailing address
Size and type of container or envelope you used
Identifying information such as your USPS Tracking number(s), the mailing date from your mailing receipt, or Click-N-Ship® label receipt
Description of the contents such as what it is and the brand, model, color, or size, if applicable
Pictures that could help us recognize your item

OOPS! I PROVIDED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO?
If your order is pre-shipment, you can call/text us at 812-204-0229 to update that address. While we are not able to divert your package to a new address once your shipping label has been printed, we suggest contacting USPS or your local post office to set-up a forwarding address to ensure delivery of your order. If you provided us with an incorrect address, we will not be responsible for a replacement. Please DOUBLE CHECK you entered the correct address the first time!!
DO WE OFFER DISCRETE PACKAGING?
Yes! Our packages come in unmarked boxes or mailer bags, typically USPS provided mailing packaging. The only reference to the brand is the return address name, “Wild Gypsy."
OUR HEMP-DERIVED DISCLOSURE
Should you place an order for a hemp-based product from our site from a restricted state, we will fulfill and ship any compliant products, issuing you an automatic refund on the items we are unable to fulfill due to non-compliance. If your order is solely hemp-based products in a restricted state, we will automatically refund your money and send you an email notification to advise you our reason for refunding your payment.
