ORDER REFUND POLICY
Please note that orders and shipping are non-refundable at the time of purchase and all sales are final.
While we will do our best to assist with any issues, any insurance claims are to be filed by the customer in the event of damage or missing package delivery. If you experience any issues with our products, please notify us promptly via email at hello@wildgypsydispensary.com within 3 days of receiving your product. Please provide photographs to help us troubleshoot any concerns. We will work with our customers on a case-by-case basis and do what we can to help.
PURCHASING AGREEMENT
By purchasing dispensary-grade hemp products from Wild Gypsy Hemp LLC (dba. Wild Gypsy or Wild Gypsy Dispensary) you hereby take action for yourself, your executors, administrators, customers, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns as follows:
A) ASSUME ALL OF THE LEGAL AND FINANCIAL RISKS OF PURCHASING, POSSESSING, TRANSPORTING, SHIPPING AND MARKETING INDUSTRIAL HEMP PRODUCTS.
B) WAIVE, RELEASE AND DISCHARGE WILD GYPSY HEMP LLC FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LIABILITY ARISING FROM LAW ENFORCEMENT SEIZURES, DAMAGED PRODUCT AND USER NEGLIGENCE.
C) IDEMNIFY, HOLD HARMLESS AND PROMISE NOT TO SUE WILD GYPSY HEMP LLC FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES OR CLAIMS MADE AS A RESULT OF PURCHASING INDUSTRIAL HEMP-DERIVED PRODUCTS.

OOPS! I PROVIDED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, WHAT DO I DO?
If your order is pre-shipment, you can call/text us at 812-204-0229 to update that address. While we are not able to divert your package to a new address once your shipping label has been printed, we suggest contacting USPS or your local post office to set-up a forwarding address to ensure delivery of your order. If you provided us with an incorrect address, we will not be responsible for a replacement. Please DOUBLE CHECK you entered the correct address the first time!!
OUR HEMP-DERIVED DISCLOSURE
Should you place an order for a hemp-based product from our site from a restricted state, we will fulfill and ship any compliant products, issuing you an automatic refund on the items we are unable to fulfill due to non-compliance. If your order is solely hemp-based products in a restricted state, we will automatically refund your money and send you an email notification to advise you our reason for refunding your payment.
